APD50 Avalanche Photodiode Preamplifier

A Si avalanche photodiode low noise preamplifier module. A FET input stage ensures low h.f. noise and wide bandwidth. The bias voltage supply has temperature compensation to maintain the APD gain constant

DC to 25MHz (10MHz for large detector)
Fully DC coupled with good pulse response
Various detector sizes available
50ohm output for driving long cables
dark offset < 1mV and good DC stability for detecting low level signals

Preferred detector sizes

0.5mm and 2.5mm diameter. Alternatively a 0.5mm version with lensed cap magnifies the detector (to ~2mm for beams converging less than 0.1nA).
For other detector diameters - 0.25mm to 0.5mm in TO52 case, or 0.8mm to 2.5mm in TO5 case, please ask for details.
